The Static operates outside the surveillance economy. We do not sell your data, track your behavior for advertisers, or harvest your information for profit. Our revenue comes from users, not data brokers.
- Wallet Address — Your public blockchain identifier (not personally identifiable information)
- Display Name — User-chosen, optional
- Stream Data — Timestamps, viewer counts, duration (for analytics)
- Transaction Data — Payment amounts, transaction hashes (on-chain, public)
- Content Rating — Your channel's content classification (SFW/Mature/Adult)
- Real names — Unless you voluntarily provide them
- Email addresses — Web3 authentication doesn't require email
- IP addresses — Beyond standard server logs (not stored long-term)
- Location data — We don't track where you are
- Browsing history — No cross-site tracking
- Device fingerprints — No persistent identifiers
- Chat Messages — Auto-deleted after 24 hours
- Stream Sessions — Retained for analytics (anonymized)
- VODs — Per your tier's retention period (3-90 days), or permanent via VOD Vault
- User Accounts — Until you request deletion
- Transaction Records — Retained for legal compliance
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use minimal third-party services:
- Google Cloud Platform — Infrastructure hosting (subject to GCP privacy policy)
- Polygon Network — Blockchain for payments (public, decentralized)
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You may request the following via our support page:
- Access — Request a summary of data we hold about your wallet
- Deletion — Request account and associated data removal
- Correction — Update inaccurate profile information
VODs can be downloaded directly from your Studio page. Account data requests are processed manually via support.
