By accessing THE STATIC, you agree to these protocols. Non-compliance results in immediate termination of your signal.

2. CONTENT RATINGS

All channels must be assigned a content rating:

• SFW — Safe for all audiences. Eligible for homepage and discovery features.
• Mature 18+ — Adult themes (violence, language, suggestive). Age-gate required. Not eligible for homepage.
• Adult Custom — Explicit content. Requires custom arrangement. Contact support.

Misrepresenting your content rating may result in suspension or termination.

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT

• No illegal acts or promotion of violence.
• No CSAM or exploitation of minors (ZERO TOLERANCE).
• No non-consensual intimate content.
• No hate speech or harassment.
• No copyrighted material you do not own.
• No fraud, scams, or impersonation.

4. VIRTUAL ASSETS (SPARKS)

Sparks are virtual tokens for entertainment only. They have no monetary value outside this platform and cannot be refunded.

NOTICE: In the event of system glitches or technical issues that prevent proper Spark Fuel deduction during streams, any resulting negative Spark balances will be automatically reconciled upon issue resolution. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that owed Sparks will be deducted from your balance once normal operations resume.

5. LIABILITY

THE STATIC is provided "as is". We are not responsible for lost signals, data corruption, or the content of user broadcasts.
